Refunds and cancellation

Before access is provided, you can cancel a purchase by emailing us. After access is provided, please contact us about a technical issue, duplicate charge, missing access or a product that does not match its description.

Email svetadara1380@gmail.com with your name, purchase email, material title, payment date and reason for the request. We confirm receipt by the next business day and process an approved refund in full within 10 days of receiving the request. No payment-provider or bank fee is deducted from the refund.
