Privacy policy
How we process personal information.
This policy applies to personal data of visitors, customers and people submitting enquiries on the SVETADARA NEURO website.
1. Controller and contact details. The personal data controller is Андреева Светлана Владимировна, self-employed under the professional income tax regime, tax ID 711800658685. Correspondence address: Москва, Марьинский бульвар, 11. For questions about processing or exercising your rights, email svetadara1380@gmail.com or call +7 (910) 553-84-28. The controller processes data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, “On Personal Data”. This policy is available before you submit data through the website.
2. Data and purposes. For account creation and one-time-code sign-in, we process your email address, sign-in code and session information. For orders, payment, access to digital materials and support, we process your name, contact details, order contents and history, and payment and download information. Payment card numbers are entered with the payment provider and are not requested by this website.
When you request a consultation or individual programme or use the contact form, we process the name, contact details, child's age, description of the enquiry, additional information and files you choose to provide. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses or other health information through the form without first agreeing a separate method of transfer and processing with the controller.
During website use we may process your IP address, request date and time, browser and device characteristics, cookies and information about actions on the site. This is needed for security, session operation, abuse prevention and, if analytics is enabled, measurement of website visits. A PDF supplied to a buyer may carry a personal mark with the buyer's details and order date to protect copyright.
3. Legal grounds. We process data to conclude and perform an agreement with you, comply with Russian legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent where required, including when you submit an enquiry, provide additional information or enable optional technologies. You may withdraw consent by contacting the controller. Withdrawal does not stop processing required by law or an agreement already concluded.
4. Recipients. To the extent needed to operate the website, data may be shared with the payment provider connected at the time of payment; UniSender Go or Resend for email delivery; hosting, database and file storage providers, including Timeweb Cloud and Supabase according to the infrastructure in use; Cloudflare Turnstile for form protection and Yandex Metrica if enabled; and technical contractors supporting the site. Information about past transactions through YooKassa or Robokassa may be retained and processed to fulfil obligations concerning those transactions and refunds. An administrator may receive service notifications about enquiries and orders through Telegram without the contents of attached documents.
Information may also be provided to public authorities where required by law. The controller does not sell personal data or make customer or applicant data publicly available.
5. Retention and protection. Data is retained until the processing purposes are met, consent is withdrawn, or mandatory legal retention periods expire. Order and payment history may remain after account deletion for the periods required by law. Enquiries and attachments are deleted when they are no longer needed to consider the request and meet related obligations.
The controller restricts access, uses a protected connection, separates permissions, checks access to orders and files on the server, stores materials privately and protects accounts. Specific technical measures may change as the website develops.
6. Your rights and policy updates. You may request information about processing, ask for correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent by emailing svetadara1380@gmail.com. To protect your data, the controller may ask you to confirm that the request relates to your account or enquiry. We respond within the periods set by law. The current policy is published on this page. If the purposes of processing or services change, the policy is updated; a new version takes effect on publication unless it states another date.
