A purchased PDF or MP3 becomes available in your account after payment confirmation. PDF downloads can include a personal watermark to protect copyright.
Refund questions are reviewed individually for duplicate charges, technical failures or a failure to provide the purchased access. Do not redistribute purchased materials.
